Album Review: Funeral For The Masses – “Pitch Black” EP

maxresdefault

If you like loud and heavy metal music, then Funeral For The Masses is the band for you and Pitch Black – released in January – is just the right EP to listen to. Originally from Finland, FFTM (as they initial their band name) was founded by Eemeli Bodde and Teemu Halmetoja in 2014. The band has since released three EP’s and performed at several venues, including prominent metal festivals in their native Finland.

On their Pitch Black EP, fans can expect to hear music that is cited as written by Bodde and the band, lyrics by Halmetoja and Bodde, and produced and recorded by Bodde.

All six songs on the EP are loud, heavy, and the perfect accompaniment to headbanging or being right in the middle of a large mosh pit. As the branders of brutal metal, FFTM stay true to their genre, delivering just what their fans want to hear.

  1. Death Sentence
  2. FFTM
  3. Blinded Eyes
  4. Pitch Black
  5. Delusions
  6. Fallen Idol
