Song Review: Slaughter to Prevail – “Baba Yaga” (NSFW)

Feel the fiery wrath of Slaughter to Prevail in their newly released single, “Baba Yaga.” It kicks off with cannibalistic lyrics, “Blood we drunk, flesh we ate.” This cutthroat track combines Russian and English that unites their entire fan base.

Singer Alex Terrible’s distorted vocals and killer guitar riffs will make you grind your teeth. The deathcore band hails from Yekaterinburg, Russia, and formed back in 2014. They signed with Sumerian Records in 2016 due to the amount of success they had with their EP, Chapters of Misery. The band’s new album is set to release later this year.

You can listen to the bone-chilling “Baba Yaga” here on Spotify and watch the video below.
