Who: Good Charlotte, Less Than Jake, Crown The Empire, Like Pacific

Where: Upstate Concert Hall, Clifton Park, New York

When: May 18, 2017

Touring the U.S. in October 2016 for the first time in six years, alternative band Good Charlotte hit the road for the Youth Authority tour, in support of their new album. While they hit major cities on that tour, they decided to come back and do a series of East Coast shows. They set off on on May 16, with and end date of May 21. Shortly after these shows they will be on their way to Europe for a tour there, running June 7-18.

With a nearly sold out show, hundreds of fans of all ages gathered at Upstate Concert Hall eager to see the band that got it’s start back in 1996.

Good Charlotte had a late set time; not starting until 10:30pm, but the crowd wasn’t any less energetic than when the show began at 7:00.

The stage went dark and Good Charlotte opened with one of their most popular songs, “The Anthem”. The crowd went wild- everyone knew the song word for word, and many crowd surfers came to the front hoping to get a high five from their favorite band. It was a definitely a night to remember for many.
