Song Review: Bo Weber finds purpose through loss of mother with “Right Here”

Minneapolis, Minnesota artist, Bo Weber released a new single called “Right Here” on May 14 for upcoming album called Wendy. Wendy is a collection of songs dedicated to his mother who sadly passed away from Ovarian Cancer at the early age of 50 years old. Fighting in his mother’s place, Weber is donating 100 percent of the proceeds from physical album sales to women who are currently battling this terrible disease known as, “The Silent Killer”.

Wendy is a raw confessional of the distance Weber set between himself and his mother during her battle with ovarian cancer, and his journey to find happiness. In the writing process, Weber finds himself caught in the emotional journey of revisiting his darkest moments, causing a relapse into heartache, anger, and depression. However, through the reading of inspirational books left by his mother, Weber finds his purpose, enabling him to rediscover true happiness.

You can Pre-order the physical album here. Check out the new single “Right Here” and let us know what you think in the comments below.
