Måneskin Shred a Sold Out Show in Los Angeles

Italy’s finest (and newest) rockers, Måneskin, made their way to Los Angeles on Monday to play a sold out show at The Hollywood Palladium as part of The Loud Kids Tour. The band exploded into fame after winning the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest. They also placed second on the show X-Factor (Italy) prior in 2017. The venue was jam packed with fans and familiar faces such as Machine Gun Kelly, Megan Fox, Jared Leto and many others.

Kicking the night off very appropriately with “Cool Kids,” Måneskin brought a slew of smiles, sensuality and exhilaration from the audience. The setlist was generously long, tipping the performance time to almost 90 minutes (the best 90 minutes we’ve ever spent on a Monday night, by the way). About half of the songs were from their most recent album, Teatro d’ira, Vol. I, and included floor-shaking tracks like “I Wanna Be Your Slave” and “Zitti E Buoni.” Other infamous tracks like “Beggin'” and “Supermodel” were also on deck for the night.

The band oozed natural musical talent which reflected in every moment of the performance. They jumped down into the crowd multiple times throughout the show, playing their instruments submerged in a sea of adoring concert goers. Some fans were lucky enough to have vocalist Damiano David crowd surf right over top of them. Each member was truly radiant as they effortlessly shredded through each song and paraded around the stage. Måneskin definitely knows how to command a stage while maintaining genuine crowd interaction. They are truly the definition of “rock-n-roll.” Måneskin closed out the night with a powerhouse encore that originated from a beautiful guitar solo by member Thomas Raggi before erupting into their anthem finale, “I Wanna Be Your Slave.”

Måneskin are still on the road through December — you can find the latest dates and tickets by clicking here. I highly recommend attending a show if they are touring in a city near you. Their energy and aptitude is truly unlike any other band I have seen live in a long time. Be sure to check out the photo gallery below to relive the thrilling madness that is Måneskin:
