Rebel Rock Coming to Orlando in September

Florida is home to some of the biggest musical festivals in the country. A new one is on the horizon. Rebel Rock will take place September 23 – 26, 2021 in sunny Orlando, Fl at the Orlando Amphitheater and Central Florida Fairgrounds. The inaugural fest is sponsored by Monster Energy, Deep Eddy’s Vodka, and Liquid Death Mountain Water and produced by Stage Left Entertainment. It will be hosted by Sirius XM’s Jose “Metal Ambassador” Mangin.

Normally visiting Orlando in the Fall couldn’t get any better with all its entertainment options such as Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Right? Now imagine all these options and then throw in a music festival with a stellar lineup. Rebel Rock Fest will feature major artists including Machine Gun Kelley, Papa Roach, Five Finger Death Punch, Limp Bizkit, The Used, Rise Against, and Volbeat. In total over 60 musical acts will perform on 4 stages over 4 days.

The festival was originally planned for 2020 but was cancelled due to the pandemic. “Where do I even begin, Last year was very trying for all industries, especially for live events, when our job is to promote mass gatherings. Being able to announce festivals and lineups for this year has never felt so good,” shares Nick Abate, Co-Producer and President of Stage Left Entertainment. “We are ready to reunite as a community and have Rebel Rock be a successful inaugural event!”

There will be plenty of other activities at the festival besides the music. Monster Energy’s BMX League will be showcasing their insane talents on Sept 24-26. Jose “Metal Ambassador” Mangin’s Taco Metal Party will be taking place on Thursday Sept 23rd with Tacos, Margaritas and a full day of Rock for the prelude of Rebel Rock!. Even The Odds, a live arts and music show, will be at the festival with tattooing, sideshows, live music and more.

I am enthusiastic about the first-year lineup. Some acts I have previously seen including Skillet, Nonpoint, Escape The Fate, All That Remains, and Islander. While there are others that I have been waiting to see such as Motionless in White, From Ashes to New, and Stitched Up Heart. Rebel Rock will definitely be worth the 9-hour drive for me to attend the show.
