Canadian rockers Theory of a Deadman are currently in the middle of their Say Nothing Tour. On November 9th the band will bring their show to the Soul Kitchen in Mobile, Al. Joining them on this date will be 10 Years and Eva Under Fire. The US tour was originally scheduled for 2020 to support their 7th Say Nothing album However, like most other bands Covid-19 caused them to cancel all their US dates.
The band was formed in 1999 by front man and lead singer Tyler Connolly and bass guitarist Dean Black. The band also includes guitarist Dave Brenner and drummer Joey Dandeneau. Since forming the band has had nine top-ten songs on the US Billboard Mainstream Rock chart, including the number one hits “Bad Girlfriend”, “Lowlife”, “Rx (Medicate)” and “History of Violence”.
Supporting Theory of a Deadman are veterans Ten Years who have been rocking for over twenty years now. The band currently consists of lead vocalist Jesse Hasek (vocals), Brian Vodinh (lead guitar), Matt Wantland (rhythm guitar), Chad Grennor (bass), and Luke Narey (drums). They struck gold with their debut single “Wasteland” in 2005 which reach number two on the US Billboard Mainstream Rock Chart. Since 2001 the band has released nine albums including their latest Violent Allies which was released in 2020.
Up and coming Eva Under Fire will be opening for Theory on most of their tour dates. The Detroit band’s lineup consists of Amanda Lyberg (vocals), Rob Ryberg (guitar), Chris Slapnik (guitar and vocals), Edward Joseph (bass) and Corey Newsom (drums). Last month the band released their latest single “Comatose”.
