The Band CAMINO, flor & Hastings rock a sold out San Francisco show

Alternative/Indie band The Band CAMINO brings their “The Tour CAMINO” to San Francisco’s legendary music hall, The Regency Ballroom on Tuesday night (April 5th) to a very welcoming Bay Area crowd.

Formed in Memphis, Tennessee, The Band CAMINO definitely brings a refreshing twist into the Alternative/Indie genre. Their sound fluctuates between, pop, indie and rock while still intertwining Indie in the mix. The band consists of Jeffery Jordan (vocals + guitar), Spencer Stewart (vocals + guitar) and Garrison Burgess (drums + bass).

San Francisco was barely halfway down the list for the bands pretty much full US tour, however, they ended up adding a second US leg tour to finish off other city/states that didn’t make it for the first leg tour. Nonetheless, as the venue begins to slowly fill up with fans, you can feel the energy begin filling the room. Opening act https://www.imhastings.com brought such intense energy following. He’s calm on stage but gives out such phenomenal body language that you find yourself dancing along to his melody pop instrumentals.

Second act https://www.florsounds.com was just sensational. These guys really know how to put on a show. Flor has a mellow pop style with a lot of synth, keyboard and percussion instrumental. I found myself glued to the band almost forgetting I had to photograph them because I got lost in their stage presence. Flor and Hasting are both artists I’ve been eager to see and I’m so stoked I got the opportunity to see them and trust me when I say this, these are artists you don’t want to miss!

As The Band CAMINO took the stage, you can feel your body shake as the crowd screams and chants for the band. Opening up with “Know It All”, the energy, lights and whole mood of the venue changes immediately. As my camera is chasing down every band member, I find myself not knowing when to let go of my Shutter Release Button from my camera due to how much energy is happening on stage. The band released their album The Band CAMINO last year followed by their single “1 Last Cigarette” at the beginning of California’s second lockdown (not knowing when live shows will be returning), and alas, here we are in San Francisco dancing along to I Think I Like You, Hush Hush, Daphne Blue and much, much more.

The Band CAMINO will be on tour for the rest of April so make sure you catch a show!
