DFW’s favorite festival for the alternative crowd is back this upcoming Memorial weekend (5/27-29) after a three year long wait! Fans from all over the nation will be in attendance, as this stacked lineup has made the wait well worth it. This year’s festival is headlined by artists such as Sum 41, 2 Chainz, Underoath, Trippie Redd, The Devil Wears Prada, and 3OH!3. Some notable changes this year include a rap/hip-hop stage and a venue change- Choctaw Stadium to be exact, where the Texas Rangers used to call home. In addition to the music, other entertainment will consist of wrestling, tattoos, and food trucks (with vegan friendly options)! There will also be a handful of after dark parties (starting Thursday 5/26) for those who want to continue the celebration after the festival.
Artists and their genres have been conveniently color coded to help you navigate the lineup as well as the stages when it comes to day of.
Orange = Metal/Rock Stage
Blue = Pop punk/Alt Stage
Green = Rap/Hip-Hop Stage
There will be a total of 7 stages that are located both inside the field as well as out.

As someone who has attended the fest since 2011, it’s remarkable to see the growth that this festival has gone through. From it’s humble roots in an indoor venue to now taking over a MLB stadium, there was no chance that I was going to miss out on this year’s festival. We may not have Warped Tour anymore, but at least we have So What. Come back to check out our photos and review of the festival once its over to relive the madness!
