A Day to Remember Plays to Southern Californian Crowd
A Day to Remember played to a large crowd of raging fans on Saturday. Their set spanned throughout their entire discography including “For Those Who Have Heart” and “What Separates Me From You.”
The band also did a special acoustic rendition of their song “I Remember” and ended both the set and their night with a fireworks display.
Of Mice and Men, State Champs, Mayday Parade and More Support A Day to Remember at Self Help
A Day to Remember has been known to pick supporting acts for their festival with the utmost consideration. They want to support some of the best and most talented acts in music and that is exactly who played.
Upcoming acts, such as Cane Hill and Volumes started the day off right. They’re ‘in your face’ attitudes and music got the attention of many early birds within the crowd.
More established bands, such as Of Mice and Men and Grammy-nominated band August Burns Red, helped close out the night.
For lack of better words, it truly was “A Day to Remember” and despite the cold, harsh weather, most fans made the best out of the day and reminded all the bands that the independent scene in Southern California is far from dead.
