New Found Glory makes it to Orange County, California for an all ager rager. It’s night one of two at the Garden Grove Amphitheater on February 3rd, where 57 degree weather doesn’t stop Southern California fans from packing the mini amphitheater. This is the fifth show which supports their 2023 album, Make the Most of It, under Revelation Records.
Not only did they play songs off their latest album, but they also brought heavy hitters such as “On My Mind”, “It’s Not Your Fault”, “All Downhill From Here”, and of course, “My Friends Over You”. Fans sang along word for word from the pit up to the upper stands. If you have the chance to catch their 20+ city tour, be sure to support their raffle where all donations will be made to the Pheo Para Alliance charity in support of their lead guitarist’s, Chad Gilbert, battle with cancer.
Opening up the night was Leanna Firestone, 21 year old from Nashville. Performing solo acoustic, just her and her guitar, she captivated the crowd with songs about break ups and new found love. Her youthful charisma had the crowd laughing and cheering throughout her set. Firestone is extremely talented and has a bright future ahead of her.
