Where were you when you found Jesus? I was on Instagram, scrolling innocently, when I found him. He was in the mosh pit.

Meet Mosh Pit Jesus. Who would have known that our savior loves to crowd surf?

Concert Crap: How did Mosh Pit Jesus get started?

Mosh Pit Jesus: Many a year ago at a toga party somebody told me I looked like Jesus so I went with it. Decided to bring it to concerts and everyone loved it so much I couldn’t turn back.

CC: That’s awesome! How many shows have you been to as Jesus?

MPJ: Countless. I do as many festivals as I can each year and any show where the crowd might accept me. Mostly just different genres of rock.

CC: What are the reactions you usually get when people see you at shows?

MPJ: Usually people are pretty excited and want to take a picture or ask for forgiveness. That or turn their water into wine.

CC: So do you walk on water too or just crowds?

MPJ: Those tricks are so 2000 years ago. I mainly stick to the walking on crowds now.

CC: Do you have a favorite band?

MPJ: So many to pick from and I bounce around different styles but Body Count is always a top pick.

CC: What’s the most memorable pit you’ve ever been in?

MPJ: Most memorable pit would have to be Lamb of God’s circle pit at Welcome to Rockville 2016. Cleared out almost the whole field in front of the stage.

CC: What are your future plans as Jesus?

MPJ: I hope to start traveling the national festival circuit spreading love and happiness. And of course dancing my ass off in the pits.
