Hangout Fest 2020 Coming to Gulf Shores May 15 – 17

Over 60 musical acts will be descending on the Alabama Gulf Coast on May 15th – 17th for the 2020 Hangout Music Festival. This will be the 11th year that the event has been held in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The festival brings a diverse group of musical acts from multiple genres including Rock, Alternative, Rap, Hip-Hop, Indie, Electronic Dance, and Country. Previous headliners have included The Foo Fighters, Dave Matthews Band, Kings of Leon, Black Keys, Mumford and Sons, The Killers, Twenty One Pilots, and Travis Scott. This year’s headliners are Red Hot Chili Peppers, Post Malone, and Billie Eilish with additional acts including Marsh Mello, Lana Del Ray, Cage The Elephant, and Kane Brown.

Performances will take place on four stages, in front of over 40,000 spectators, with the beautiful Gulf of Mexico as a backdrop. The festival offers much more than just music. Besides a relaxing swim in the Gulf, event goers can ride a Ferris wheel, play a game of beach volleyball, roller disco, enjoy a massage, dance at the Malibu Bach House or Monster Beach Club, or even get married at the wedding chapel. There will be dozens of restaurants on-site offering cuisine from around the world. Past options have included Seafood, Asian, Jamaican, Thai, and Mexican just to name a few.
