Conditions to perform again

Conditions just announced, via Facebook, they will be playing a few shows in June. The band plans to hit Philadelphia (June 9), New York (June 10), and Virginia (June 11) on this tour. They first announced a possible reunion April 7, after a Facebook post stated “So should we play some shows?” The band first sparked interest with the initial post April 5 saying “Anyone still listening?”

The band was founded in 2006 with members: Brandon Roundtree (lead vocals), Alex Howard (guitar, vocals), Jason Marshall (guitar, vocals), Ryan Tinsley (drums), and Corey Thomas (bass). Conditions produced their first self-released, self-titled EP in 2007. They also played on Bamboozle and Warped Tour the same year. One year later the band self-released its second EP, You Are Forgotten.

In September 2010, the band signed with Good Fight Music and released Fluorescent Youth, their debut full-length. Following Fluorescent Youth, the group’s second album, Full of War, was released March 2013. Later that year the Missing Hours EP was released as the band announced their breakup on their Facebook page. They played a farewell show July 2014 at The National in Richmond, VA.

After their break up, guitarist Alex Howard began touring with Sleeping with Sirens on tours such as “The World Tour” during late 2014. Former Conditions members also produced a side-project under the title Spring Break – a Hollywood Undead vibe group with lyrics attracting frat boys and party-enthusiasts.

Conditions already played a one-night-only Fluorescent Youth, five-year anniversary show in their hometown, Richmond VA, in September 2015. The band linked their side-project to their show, and their Facebook post read “Richmond, TONIGHT IS THE NIGHT! We tried to get the bros in Spring Break to open up, but they’re booked up solid. We’ll just leave you with this gem of a tune, and we’ll see you guys at the Canal Club tonight at 5:30 pm!” Conditions has kept their Facebook page updated throughout the break-up, and seem to stay involved in the music scene, so a reunion may be inevitable in the fall.
