Concert Review: Lorna Shore at the Glass House in Pomona, California

April 2, 2017 was a sold out show at The Glass House in Pomona. On this last date of the North American Tour with Carnifex and Despised Icon, Lorna Shore’s fan base was in full force. If you’re looking for brutal show you found it.

The energy amongst the crowd was static as Lorna Shore took the stage. Never once was there a dull moment in their set. Lead singer, Tom Barber, drew the crowd in with every stomp and gesture only leaving them wanting more. The band has amazing on stage chemistry and keep each other enthused with every chord.

This was my first time seeing Lorna Shore and was far from disappointed; these boys threw down and are now a must see on my list whenever they come back to Southern California. They were a great way to open up the night but an even better show to end their two month tour with Carnifex, Despised Icon, and Rings of Saturn.

Make sure to check out Lorna Shore’s new album Flesh Coffin.
