UPSAHL Overdelivers at Madison Beer's 'The Spinnin' Tour' at SOMA, San Diego.

You’ve most likely heard her songs, but it’s time to truly appreciate the enigmatic and endearing singer songwriter UPSAHL. The rising star is considered one of today’s most thrilling new voices in music by SPIN, with 700 MILLION Tik Tok streams on her trending tracks “DRUGS” and “People I Don’t Like”. Her large following across multiple platforms has led to recognition on publications such as Alternative Press, People and Billboard. Now the Pheonix, AZ native is touring the world, finishing up her North American run on Madison Beer’s “The Spinning Tour”.

On June 12 in San Diego, California, the sold-out crowd arrived early and eager for UPSAHL. She gracefully took the iconic stage of SOMA with a soft “Hello, San Diego”, making her seem like your longtime friend rather than a hugely successful pop star who just toured America. Her and the live band seamlessly jumped into action with “Lady Jesus”, the title track off her 2021 debut album.

The crowd was along every step of the way as UPSAHL jumped around to “Good Girl Era” and got soft and close with an intimate performance of “Sad Sorry After Party”. Throughout the performance every note was hit and every inch of the stage had been graced. As she bid farewell to the audience, the energy left in the room was like a buzz of excitement.

Although her run with Madison is done for now, she will continue her world domination as she headlines her own shows throughout Europe and will appear at major festivals FM4 Frequency in Austria and Feelings 2024 in Norway.
