“I’m super stoked to be working with Kevin musically. We have been workout partners at the gym and really connected over our love for metal, fitness and our weight loss transformation stories. Can’t wait to get out on stage together after talking about it for over a year!”

Kevin Creekman, originally from Germany, last played guitar in 2018 with Gil Ofarim, a well-known German singer. After taking a couple years off, he’s ready to get back out on the music scene. Influencer, rock and metal bassist, and actor are just a few of the words used to describe “The Creekman”. However, his journey hasn’t always been easy. Growing up, Kevin struggled with body issues, weighing in at 335 pounds by the time he was 18. After dedication and hard work, he managed to lose 175 pounds.

After getting surgery to remove excess weight, he embarked on a journey towards loving his own body. Kevin’s body is now completely covered in tattoos, as each tattoo represents a story of the scars that he carries.

Speaking on his weight loss journey, Kevin has said, “I realized I needed to change. I had a fear that I would live and die alone, so I focused all my willpower on changing and I lost 175 pounds in one year.” Now, Kevin is ready to get back out there and do what he loves most – music.

Beginning in January, Kevin set a goal for himself that 2021 would be the year he gets back onto the musical scene. Now, that goal is about to come to fruition as “The Creekman” will perform center stage with his friend Tommy Vext. Don’t miss “The Creekman” and Tommy Vext on June 4th at Fitcon. They will perform starting at 7 p.m.
