Twenty-five years into their career, Canada’s Silverstein show no signs of slowing down. Pink Moon, the second half of their ambitious double-album project, was released on Sept 12th via UNFD. This follows the release of Antibloom in February.

At just under 30 minutes, the eight tracks waste no time making their impact. From the raw ache of “I Love You But I Have to Let You Go” to the crushing intensity of “Widowmaker”, the record feels compact but carefully curated. Every song serves a purpose, leaving no room for filler.

Guest appearances bring new sounds without distracting from the band’s identity. Rory Rodriguez (Dayseeker) lends power to “Drain The Blood,” while Cassadee Pope adds soaring contrast on “Autopilot.” Both collabs highlight Silverstein’s knack for bridging heaviness with melody.

The pre-release single “Negative Space” set the tone with its volatile riffs and monstrous breakdown, but deep cuts like “Death Hold” and “Dying Game” prove equally relentless. The record balances post-hardcore aggression with the emotive hooks that have defined Silverstein for decades.

Pink Moon isn’t simply a “part two”, it’s the exclamation point. Silverstein prove that longevity doesn’t mean stagnation; it means refinement, reinvention, and the courage to push boundaries. For fans, this album feels like a reward for sticking around; for newcomers, it’s a bold and accessible entry point.

Silverstein also recently announced the third and final leg of their worldwide 25 Years Of Noise Tour, kicking off on November 18th. The month-long tour features support from Thursday, Free Throw, and Bloom, with the addition of The Movielife for the final show in Brooklyn on December 20th. Tickets and VIP packages are available.
