Alternative metal band Chevelle, best known for their 2002 breakthrough album Wonder What’s Next, is touring this summer/fall to promote their latest album Bright as Blasphemy alongside Asking Alexandria and Dead Poet Society.

Bright as Blasphemy is the tenth studio album from Chevelle via Alchemy Recordings and released the same day the band played their hometown show at Chicago’s Aragon Ballroom on August 15th, 2025. Their set list spanned across most of their discography, including fan favorites “Face to the Floor” and “The Red” and new songs “Rabbit Hole – Cowards, Pt. 1” and “Pale Horse“.

British metalcore favorites Asking Alexandria provide a rocking yet emotional performance for both old fans and new. Shifting from heavier songs to an acoustic interlude by frontman Danny Worsnop, the band does not shy away from vulnerability while also staying true to their metalcore roots.
Asking Alexandria’s latest album Where Do We Go From Here? was released on August 25th, 2023 through Better Noise Music.

Los Angeles quartet Dead Poet Society opened the night with their own brand of heavy indie rock. They dropped their second album FISSION in 2024 via Spinefarm Records and more recently released a stripped down version of their song “Running in Circles” that you can listen to here!
