Movie Review: Bill & Ted Face the Music (SPOILER FREE)

Wyld Stallyns are back! Bill and Ted are here to save humanity with the help of their daughters, rock music, and historical figures. Bill Preston (Alex Winter) and Ted Logan (Keanu Reeves) are two time traveling friends who set themselves on a journey by the Great Leader (Holland Taylor) to create the perfect song to unite the world. The long-awaited, highly anticipated film took the viewers on an epic ride throughout time and alternative versions of Bill & Ted. Fans got to take a glimpse inside of the family life of Preston and Logan. The daughters, Theodora “Thea” Preston and Wilhelmina “Billie” Logan are delightful additions to the franchise. Actresses Samara Weaving and Brigette Lundy-Paine portrayed a mirror image to their on-screen fathers.

Bill & Ted Face The Music is the uplifting, goofy comedy we need right now. The soundtrack features music by Weezer, Big Black Delta, Lamb of God, Cold War Kids, and many more. As a Big Black Delta fan, I am excited for this album. Johnathan Bates did an extraordinary job on the Tron soundtrack with Daft Punk as well. I definitely recommend checking out music to Bill & Ted: Face the Music. Such galactic, 80’s vibes that gives you the feeling you about to shoot out of space with its thunderstruck guitar solos. The trilogy still rocks after all this time!
