Live Stream Concert Review: Evanescence Performs at Rock Falcon Studio

Evanescence performed at the Rock Falcon Studio on December 5, their first live show of the year. Evanescence returns to the studio with their new album, The Bitter Truth, a decade after their self-titled release. Amy Lee brings on Jen Majura, Tim McCord, Troy McLawhorn, and Will Hunt to join her in the live session playing their latest singles off the record and fan favorites such as “Going Under.” The live stream started out with a 30 minute Q & A with Amy Lee. She talks about motherhood, grief, and finding the perfect balance between life and music.

The band opened up with the recent hit “Wasted On You” to kick off their electrifying set. Amy Lee’s heavy vocal range and the crystal-clear sound of the band will get you amped up for the next 29 minutes of the show. You can sense their energy jump through the screen as if you were attending an in-person concert. Amy Lee’s showmanship and dark charisma is always such a delight to witness. The pandemic couldn’t stop her powerhouse voice from fans over the weekend. Evanescence’s setlist includes “Sick,” “The Game is Over” and “Bring Me to Life.”

Full setlist:

  1. Wasted On You
  2. The Game is Over
  3. The Only One
  4. Sick
  5. Going Under
  6. Use My Voice
  7. Bring Me to Life
  8. Lost in Paradise
  9. Even in Death
