As we wrap up Country Summer Day 3 in sunny Santa Rosa, crowd attendees are graced with a temperature of 82 and a nice, cool, high-noon breeze. Today’s lineup includes various artists such as; The Kruse Brothers, Hailey Whitters, Avery Anna, and headliner Dustin Lynch.
Hitting the Redwood Credit Union stage, we have California native, Annie Bosko. Bosko moved to Nashville at the age of twenty to pursue her country music career. She’s worked with various artists such as; Willie Nelson, Rita Wilson, Tim McGraw, Blake Shelton, etc. Bosko wears a chestnut brown cowgirl hat, a denim crop top/short combo and a gold SLO County Entertainer belt. Bosko may no longer live in California, but she makes sure to rep the west coast state here at County Summer.
As we head over to the Chevy Stage, we have Shueyville, Iowa’s very own Hailey Whitters! Whitters hit single “Everything She Ain’t” skyrocketed her onto the 2023 country charts and earned her the 2023 New Female Artist of the Year Award. Recently, Whitters released her fifth album Corn Queen that dropped on June 6th, 2025.
Wearing a pink ruffle dress complimented by white cowgirl boots, Whitters walks on stage with her guitar engraved with a bouquet of dogwood flowers, wheat, and a moth. Whitters spends most of her time behind the microphone but she makes sure to engage with her fans by stepping away smiling or dancing along with her bandmates. She opens up her set with “Everything She Ain’t” and that’s when her crowd begins to draw in with singing, swaying, and cups in the air.
As the final day of Country Summer comes to an end we have Avery Anna, Ian Munsick, and Travis Denning wrapping up the festival before headlining act, Dustin Lynch. If you didn’t get a chance to catch Anna, Munsick, or Denning here at Country Summer, they all hit the road starting July so make sure to grab your tickets while they last!
As the sun begins to set, that chilly Bay Area cold front kicks in here in Santa Rosa. These past two days have been pretty hot so it’s nice to close out Country Summer with a cold evening. Entering the pit, I’ve noticed that the crowd has doubled in size for headliner, Dustin Lynch! Lynch is currently on his “Two for the Road” tour that continues on July 4th and wraps up on December 12th.
Lynch has an elevated stage that he runs up to wearing his deep red guitar accompanied by his very enthusiastic bandmates. Lynch opens up his set with “Seein’ Red” which became his hit single from his third album Current Mood. Walking down to the catwalk, Lynch spends most of his time singing “Thinking ‘Bout You”. This song features MacKenzie Porter which reached #1 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart for six weeks.
Thank you, Country Summer 2025 for having us out! It’s always a pleasure seeing familiar faces, being introduced to new artists, and of course, seeing some of my favorite ones too. Make sure to check out photos from day 3 bellow.
