Nashville based alt-pop duo, Nox Holloway released their latest single, “Machinery” on June 24th. The song was co-written by Nox Holloway and Sam Preston and produced by the band and Preston in their Nashville home studio. The duo shared three previous songs, “Cry Neon“, “Parachute“, and “Draw The Line” between March and May.
Nox Holloway is comprised of singer Bryce Vanhook and guitarist / percussionist Parker Matthews. The two met early on at Clemson University but didn’t start collaborating until their senior year. They released their debut EP If Only The World Didn’t Spin So Much in 2021 which has amassed over 2 million streams.
Mathews says, “We wrote ‘Machinery’ with Sam Preston when he was in town from the UK. We connected really well with him and the song came out pretty easily that day. The ‘industrial’ aspect of it fits really well into the storyline we’re building, while love being the main thread of the song hopefully makes it relatable to plenty of people.”
“Machinery” is can be streamed HERE.
