NBC’s ‘The Voice’ Star WHITNEY FENIMORE

Concert Crap: Most people know you from season 13 of the Voice, what was it like working with Adam Levine?

Whitney Fenimore: Oh man, he was the best!! Unapologetically himself.

CC: Although you didn’t win, do you think being on the voice helped make you a better musician/writer?

Whitney Fenimore: Absolutely! It helped in so many ways! And just affirmed a lot in me that I needed some confirmation in.

CC: What was your favorite experience performing at SXSW this year?

Whitney Fenimore: I loved meeting all the new people and getting to play for a brand new crowd!

CC: You have a new EP releasing this summer, why excites you about it?

Whitney Fenimore: I feel like it’s the most “me” project I’ve ever done. I was very involved in this project and wanted to make sure I believed in it 100%.

CC: Can you tell our readers about the recording process behind this record?

Whitney Fenimore: I’ve been writing some of the songs on the record for 4 years and a couple this year. It’s so cool getting to see some of these songs finally birthed. I Can’t wait for everyone to hear.

CC: If you could tour with one artist or group, who would it be?

Whitney Fenimore:  Needtobreathe, John Mayer, or Fleetwood Mac. Sorry I couldn’t just pick one.

CC: Is there anything else you’d like to tell us?

Whitney Fenimore: Go check out my new single, Find Your Love! It’s out now everywhere! And follow me on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter at @whitneyfenimore
