“Pour Whiskey On My Grave” is my favorite song right now. Jacob Bryant mixes the perfect amount of gravelly country with dirty southern rock to produce a final track that gets your heart beating fast. His low, rough voice and southern drawl brings in some of the country element, but the guitar solos make you feel like you are at a rock concert; the juxtaposition of the two works really well. The “Sons of Anarchy”-esque video also vibes well with the song. Overall, “Pour Whiskey On My Grave” has a great sound that works really well and will appeal to a really large variety of fans. Based off of this one track, I expect to see Jacob Bryant doing big things in the future.
